December 12-13, 2008
The Breakers, Palm Beach
The Eleventh Annual Jay Robert Lauer Golf Tournament to benefit Hospice of Palm Beach County will be held on December 12-13, 2008 at The Breakers in Palm Beach. NBC Today co-anchor Matt Lauer will return to serve as Honorary Chairman of the event named in honor of his late father, Jay Robert Lauer, who was cared for by Hospice of Palm Beach County more than a decade ago.
"Hospice of Palm Beach County had a dramatic impact on my life, my father's, and my family's," Matt Lauer said. "We believe deeply in the organization and continue to support this event not only because it's named in memory of my father but also to raise awareness about Hospice of Palm Beach County programs and services. I'm proud of the difference this tournament's made these last ten years."
The two day golf tournament will conclude with the Ermenegildo Zegna Evening, a silent auction and dinner, on December 13th also at The Breakers.
